Main activities:

• On time preparation of the new devices according to a predefined working procedure.
• Distribution of the new devices and collecting of the old devices on dedicated timeslot.
• Manage the new and old stock in the mobile device management & IT systems.
• Manage & follow-up the new e-sim distribution.
• Decommission the returned devices and prepare for shipping to the broker.
• Work close together with IT department & EFB Support desk for all cabin community related IT processes.
• Provide a full briefing of all the functionalities of the new Library tool Pegma.
• Assist the CCM in the set-up of the different company applications.
• Assist CCM in case of hardware, software & connectivity issues.
• In between the cabin tablet management & distribution process, assist Flight Operations with different administrative tasks
