Your tasks as a Lab Quality Support will be:
Lead equipment management : Support Asset Owners from equipment purchase to installation, ensuring full compliance with lab requirements.
Ensure metrology excellence : Oversee mapping and reporting from external vendors, guaranteeing accuracy and regulatory alignment.
Manage regulatory documentation : Take responsibility for Clinical and Medical Controlled Documents (CMCD) and ensure compliance with ISO17025 standards.
Drive audit and inspection readiness : Ensure the research unit is always prepared for internal and external inspections.
Collaborate with the laboratory team : Review study protocols and assess feasibility for laboratory requirements and procedures.
Maintain and uphold ISO17025 accreditation : Guarantee the highest quality standards for laboratory analyses.
Monitor and analyze KPIs : Implement quality indicators, manage non-conformities, and oversee corrective and preventive actions.
Here are the requirements as Lab Quality Support nurse:
At least 3 years of experience in clinical research, analytical validation, or clinical pharmacology.
Strong knowledge of GCP, ISO17025, or ISO15189 regulations.
Detail-oriented and analytical mindset, with excellent organizational and project management skills.
Fluency in English is required, plus French and/or Dutch (both written and spoken) are essential.
Adaptable and responsive: Availability for on-call duty (one week per rotation, including evenings and weekends) to ensure the safety of volunteers and clinical trials.
