key responsibilities
En tant que Compliance Analyst, vos responsabilités comprendront notamment :
- Tenir à jour des dossiers complets et exacts sur les contreparties nouvelles et existantes, au niveau mondial et local.
- Interagir directement avec les parties prenantes internes dans le monde entier dans le cadre de l'audit préalable.
- Veiller à ce que la base de données interne pertinente soit mise à jour pour refléter l'achèvement de l'examen.
- Identifier, documenter et atténuer les risques de conformité, de réglementation et de réputation.
- Faire remonter toutes les préoccupations et tous les problèmes, le cas échéant.
- Apporter des améliorations aux processus actuels.
- Des tâches ad hoc sur divers projets et demandes de renseignements en matière de conformité peuvent être requises de temps à autre.
qualification

- Bachelor's degree or professional experience in due diligence
- Experience in compliance, KYC and trade sanctions
- Fluency in French as well as English, as a minimum (fluency in other languages is an asset)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

Contract: consultancy via Randstad Professionals (freelance or employee)
Work schedule: full-time (40h/week with 12 days off/year)
Salary/rate: to be discussed depending on experience
