As a key operational link between our research teams and HSE experts, your main tasks will include:

• Reviewing and analyzing safety documents: risk analyses, compliance reports, CAPAs;
• Coordinating follow-up actions with project leads and contractors;
• Supporting HSE experts in the implementation of remediation actions;
• Ensuring proper documentation and traceability of HSE-related processes;
• Managing reporting and dashboarding of HSE performance;
• Acting as an HSE point of contact in infrastructure and equipment-related lab projects.

You’ll work in tandem with an HSE Expert assigned to the research perimeter, forming a solid operational-expert duo to support the lab ecosystem.

Required

• Proven operational experience in HSE, ideally in an industrial, research, or technical environment
• Comfortable handling risk analyses, compliance documentation, and CAPA follow-up
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to manage reporting tools and dashboards
• Language : French + good knowledge in English (B1)

Nice-to-have

• Experience in lab or biosafety environments (e.g. BSL2/BSL2+)
• Familiarity with technical HSE regulations (e.g. ATEX, PED, biosafety)
• Previous experience working in cross-functional teams or with external contractors
