📦 Handle and monitor orders in SAP: processing, invoicing, returns, updating customer databases, and ensuring commercial conditions are met.

🚛 Oversee deliveries: coordinate with the warehouse and transporters to ensure top-level service.

🤝 Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Logistics teams to provide seamless and efficient service.

📢 Keep customers informed about their order status and anticipate their needs.

🎓 You have 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an international environment.

🗣 You are fluent in French, Dutch, and English, both written and spoken.

💻 SAP and Microsoft tools (Excel, Outlook…) hold no secrets for you.
