As project manager, you will be responsible for setting up certain global projects locally.
Your first task will be to implement a new project management tool. As a key user, you will test it, pass on your knowledge and interact with the departments.
Once the implementation is complete, you will manage various projects from A to Z, both OPEX and CAPEX. These may be related to process, quality, product changes, investment costs, etc.
More specifically, your tasks include
- Working with the local and global team to define and implement appropriate common project management tools.
- Supporting the local team in the pre-study, planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting of the various projects managed by the site
- Support local project coordinators in the definition of various projects
- Collaborate with the global team in establishing and deploying appropriate project management practices and rules.
- Contribute to identified projects (either as a team member, or as project leader on request).
- Ensuring compliance with project schedules and deliverables, with the help of the local team.
- Reporting on the progress of project implementation, managing the reporting of financial elements of projects (CAPEX, OpEx and Savings) and non-financial elements (schedule, constraints, etc.)
