key responsibilities
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will report to the Reliability Manager. You are in charge of optimizing the availability and smooth operation of production electrical equipment, while meeting reliability, quality, safety and budget targets.
Main responsibilities:
You will monitor results and take the necessary measures in the event of deviations from objectives, in agreement with your line manager.
You lead daily technical meetings
You plan and manage equipment preventive and corrective maintenance operations.
You set up preventive and predictive maintenance plans to make equipment more reliable, and ensure that they are carried out to the required quality and on schedule.
You manage subcontractors (preparation, supervision, follow-up, final acceptance, etc.).
You take part in technical analyses of incidents, and suggest improvements in terms of technical solutions.
Take care of validation and qualification procedures for new or repaired equipment
You assess the cost of maintenance work, its scope, complexity and deadlines.
You ensure the availability of spare parts and their proper storage.
You manage the technical side of procurement (contact with the Purchasing department, price requests, bid analysis, supplier consultation, etc.).
You participate in an on-call role outside working hours (flexibility)
qualification

Training in civil or industrial engineering with a focus on electrical, energy...
At least 2 years' experience in a similar position
Ability to read electrical drawings, P&ID, etc.
Knowledge of failure mode analysis techniques (FMECA), cause trees, Ishikawa, etc.
Fluency in French (min. C1) and English (min. B2)

Work schedule: full-time (40h/week with 12 days off/year)
Salary/rate: to be discussed depending on experience
