• Lead the end-to-end procurement process for IT services and products, including vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management
• Ensure IT purchases comply with internal policies and external regulations, notably DPA and DORA
  
• Analyze IT spending and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand technology needs and deliver tailored procurement solutions
• Monitor and report on vendor performance and IT contract compliance
• Integrate ESG principles into procurement practices to drive sustainable and ethical sourcing
• Contribute to the development and implementation of IT procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT contract management
• In-depth knowledge of DPA, DORA, and ESG integration in procurement
• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English (written and spoken)
• Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to generate strategic insights from complex data
• Familiarity with financial tools and ERP systems for expense tracking and procurement analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field
