The manpower planning consists of:
- Planning the technical staff so that sufficient manpower resources with the correct
- skills/qualification are available to perform all work within the planned timeframes.
- Making rosters taking into account all legal aspects (labour law, CLA, ...), company requirements (productivity & safety), Human Factors and as well as satisfaction of the technician.
Result Areas
- Perform the scheduling of the technical staff in accordance with the applicable agreements (labour law, CLA, ...) and the planned workload
- Follow-up and planning of training courses in function of: need (technician level), regulation(PART 145), supply, workload, ...
- Managing leaves, absenteeism and the statistics
- Plan and manage the extra resources (contractors, internships, job students) in cooperation with the production planning and keep record of their performance
- Keep the database of the technical staff up to date
- Keep the overview of actual working hours versus the remaining budgeted hours and the scheduled workload
- Manage all administration (badges, presence, billing system, ...) Support HR in the preparation of wages by giving data and documents on time.
