The Order Desk Administrator is responsible for ensuring the efficient processing of customer orders in the BeLux region. This role involves order entry, managing transmissions to external warehouses, shipment follow-ups, invoicing, and maintaining proper documentation. Additionally, the Order Desk Administrator provides excellent customer service by handling troubleshooting, complaints, returns, and liaising with customers, warehouses, and transport companies to ensure customer satisfaction.
This is a temporary replacement position due to contract suspension, with a potential extension for temporary workload increase until 30/11/2025.
