pricing manager

• Develop and implement pricing strategies based on market trends, competitive landscape, and internal financial goals
• Conduct financial analyses to assess the profitability of products and services
• Lead bi-weekly pricing committee meetings and proactively flag pricing-related risks
• Act as the single point of contact for all pricing matters and ensure data consistency across systems
• Identify and address pricing issues with clear and actionable recommendations
• Align with internal teams to understand cost structures and propose pricing improvements
• Oversee pricing governance processes and follow up on internal audit recommendations
• Ensure accurate purchase and sales prices are entered into Odoo, applying the four-eyes principle
• Provide up-to-date pricing information to sales teams via their tools
• Manage internal projects related to commercial performance and pricing

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, marketing, or economics
• Strong analytical mindset and advanced Excel/Office 365 skills
• Able to explain complex topics in a clear and structured manner to various stakeholders
• A team player who connects with others to gather relevant input and understands the broader business context
• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Knowledge of project management is an asset
• Maintains confidentiality regarding pricing information
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French; English is a plus
