We are looking for an experienced Business Controller to join the corporate FP&A team. In this role, you will contribute to delivering high-quality, integrated performance analyses and management reporting that support executive leadership in their decision-making process. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving both independently and in a team environment.

key responsibilities
- Prepare monthly and quarterly company-wide reporting deliverables, including performance analysis under IFRS and US GAAP
- Consolidate and synthesize financial information for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of financial reports and related materials
- Collaborate with various business units to gather and verify relevant data
- Maintain and improve the quality of internal management reporting processes
- Provide support during the year-end closing process
- Handle ad-hoc requests from senior leadership
- Contribute to process improvements and automation projects to enhance reporting quality and efficiency
- Supervise and mentor junior team members
qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A or business controlling
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication English, Dutch is a nice to have
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude
- Experience with Think-cell for creating visuals and reports
- Familiarity with Oracle financial tools
