We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Supplychain Analyst with an eye for detail to strengthen our PI EMEA Supply Chain team. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of our supply chain, with a focus on supply planning, inventory management, process optimization, and communication. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical background, excellent organizational and communication skills, and can effectively collaborate with various departments. key responsibilities
- Analyzing possible shortages in inventory and collaborating with global associates to devise proactive measures.
- Allocating merchandise to appropriate countries and customers in collaboration with the sales team.
- Controlling excess and inadequate inventory levels to ensure a balanced stock and maintain service standards.
- Supporting the commercial team during the launch of new items.
- Managing communication regarding product shortages with pertinent stakeholders at both regional and international levels.
- Aiding continuous improvement efforts with the objective of increasing efficiency, reducing waste, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
qualification
- A bachelor's level qualification in Supply Chain Management or comparable expertise.
- At least one year of pertinent professional experience.
- Superior English language communication abilities, encompassing both written and oral forms.
- Robust analytical and problem-resolution capabilities with a focus on precision.
- Candidates must demonstrate the capacity for both autonomous work and teamwork within a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Sound organizational and time management proficiencies.
- The aptitude to handle several concurrent priorities.
