Preparation and approval request of purchase orders (PO) in SAP

Management of document signatures

Follow-up of external contacts (such as purchase orders and contracts)

Organization of GSW FAT tests on site

Coordination of on-site trainings

Planning and organization of business trips

- experience in administrative support of teams or colleagues

- good knowledge of Dutch, English and French

- communicative and accurate

- stress-resistant

Hybrid working is possible, minimum 3 days/week in the office at Huizingen
