technical manager

• Lead the 25-member Technical Department, with direct management of four department heads.
• Coach and develop your team, focusing on growth and collaboration.
• Monitor the maintenance and capex budget and oversee operational KPIs.
• Identify training needs and implement long-term strategies for the department.
• Optimize technical processes and maintenance policies, with an emphasis on efficiency and innovation.
• Actively contribute to the company’s strategic goals and report to the Technical Managing Director/Plant Manager.

Education and Experience:

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a technical leadership role.
• A technical degree, such as in engineering, electromechanics, or a similar field.

• Analytical mindset: able to view complex situations from a bird’s-eye perspective and prioritize effectively.

Specific Requirements:

• Proficiency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in budget management and monitoring KPIs.
