You can apply directly by clicking the orange ‘apply for this job' button. In the column on the right hand you can find the coordinates of the Randstad consultant responsible for this job offer. He or she can give you more detailed information. If you haven’t heard from us after one week, that unfortunately means that your application was not selected. If you would like to know why, you can contact the Randstad agency that published the job.

If you would like to receive daily/weekly job offers in your mailbox, you can create an e-mail alert.

You can untick the option ‘jobs via email’ in your profile or you click the unsubscribe link at the top of the mail. (https://www.randstad.be/en/my-randstad)

If your national number is already in use, you have already created a Randstad profile in the past.

Please check if your profile is linked to your current e-mail address. Surf to https://www.randstad.be/en/my-randstad/reset-password and fill in your e-mail address. You will receive an automatic mail to reset your password. If your e-mail address is not known in our system, please contact the nearest Randstad branch. Our consultants can check which e-mail address you are registered with, and change it if necessary. That way your profile will not be lost.

If you create a new password, it must meet the following criteria:

• be at least 8 characters long 
• contain at least one capital letter, one small letter and at least one number 
• be different from your username 

You can upload your cv in your my randstad profile:

• Log on and click on the icon next to 'my profile'.
• In the next screen, choose 'documents' in the menu on the left. You can now add your cv.

Please specify the type of document you want to upload in the dropdown menu (otherwise you will receive an error message). The size of the documents should not exceed 2MB. Make sure the names of your documents are no longer than 50 characters and do not contain special symbols.

You can change your details easily. To change your profile:

• Log in on your my randstad profile 
• Click on the icon to the right of either 'my details' or 'my profile'; 
• Change your profile (use the menu on the left to navigate between the different types of information) 

If you cannot change certain details, please contact your Randstad branch.

Surf to https://www.randstad.be/en/my-randstad/reset-password and fill in your e-mail address. An automatic e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address to reset your password.

No, our online trainings are also open to people who don’t work through Randstad yet. All you need to do is register with Randstad. Once registered, click on 'training' and complete the following steps in order to grant access.

As soon as you have access to Goodhabitz, you can log on directly to the Goodhabitz website with your e-mail address and password. 

No, that’s why these trainings are so practical. You have full control of what, when and how you learn. You choose your own path. Learned enough for the day? Then simply click ‘stop’. Next time you log in the course picks up exactly where you left off.

Most online trainings can just as easily be taken on your mobile. Some training such as Excel work better on your computer.

No, you don’t get a diploma but we do hand out certificates of attendance. Online trainings are about personal skills. They are not professional trainings that come with a certified diploma but a certificate of attendance shows that you did complete the course. We advise you to discuss this certificate with your employment agency consultant. Also remember to add it to your LinkedIn profile.
