Here are your responsibilities as an accounting assistant:

• Email management: Quick and efficient processing of your emails to respond to all important requests.
• Document verification before encoding: Ensure all documents are ready and compliant before entering them into the system. 📑
• Daily invoice entry: Regular entry of invoices for smooth and error-free financial management.
• Customer follow-ups: Proactively remind customers to ensure payment and commitment tracking. 📞
• Supplier follow-ups: Contact suppliers to confirm deliveries or settle pending payments.
• Invoice entry (purchases, sales, gas, water, insurance, etc.): Detailed entry of invoices for each category to maintain an accurate record of expenses and income.
• Payment progress verification: Monitor payments to ensure all transactions are completed on time.🔍

You are the ideal candidate if you have the following qualifications:

• Experience as an accounting assistant: Solid experience in accounting management and tracking financial documents.
• English (B2 level) and Dutch (a plus): Advanced proficiency in English and knowledge of Dutch, a plus for international communication.
• Detail-oriented and organized: Methodical in managing tasks, with a keen eye for detail to ensure error-free results.✅
