In order to increase and modernise our production capacity, we are installing a new, state-of-the-art press line this year and are looking for an enthusiastic new colleague to witness the start-up of this installation from start to finish. You will receive extensive training from the supplier to become the specialist of this new press installation.
Your responsibilities
As Machine Employee Press Installation, you will play a crucial role in the installation and operation of our new press line.
Preparing and setting up the line correctly according to the planned drying and production schedule
Replenishing and emptying buffers
Setting up and converting the installation to the required specifications
Operating the line and monitoring/adjusting parameters based on regulations and experience
Monitoring and adjusting the quality of the stones produced
Communicating with the colleague responsible for transporting the pressed bricks
Registering production data and technical findings
Performing minor maintenance tasks and ensuring a clean working environment
Observing all quality and safety regulations
After completing the training, you will also learn to draw up and implement new production programmes yourself
