What You'll Do:

• Drive Production Performance: Monitor and analyze key production KPIs, taking swift action to improve output, reduce scrap, maximize utilization, and enhance uptime and speed.
  
• Champion Quality: Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and quality control checks, analyze manufacturing claims, and participate in weekly quality meetings.
  
• Lead and Develop Your Team: Minimize employee absence, provide regular feedback and training, and support the development of your shift supervisors. Foster a safe and positive work environment for your team.
  
• Optimize Processes: Identify and implement process improvements, ensuring accurate data input for KPIs, managing stock levels, and optimizing material consumption.
  
• Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to achieve shared goals and drive continuous improvement.

Who You Are:

• You have a Master's degree or equivalent experience.
