production worker - meat procession company (poultry)

For a structured and well-organized meat processing company, we are recruiting a production worker in Lendelede, West Flanders. The company specializes in poultry products and operates both in domestic and international markets, including Belgium, the Netherlands, France, the UK, and the Middle East. It holds a halal certification, which is a key advantage for its export activities.

The production worker will be responsible for various tasks within the production process. Candidates will have the opportunity to work in different departments, including pre-processing, processing and production, and packaging. Initially, employees will rotate across different departments to determine the best fit for their skills and talents. There are opportunities for growth within the company, even for those without prior experience. Motivation is the most important requirement.

Salary: €17.25 per hour + shift allowance + meal vouchers: 8€/day
